I have been working at Sree Gokulam Medical College more than 3 years. Very friendly management, can explore and gain good knowledge. It is tha nice experience working with Gokulam group. Good patient care and also good staff security. As a staff nurse I got the opportunity to develop my professional skills and knowledge. And my team mates are very helpful and is very friendly.

Salary should be increased. Make better patient friendly and make all staff satisfied

...s research activities and the institution ethics committee is good and helpful Pay:- the salary is at par with other medical colleges and sometimes even more.and is on time.there is an annual increment. Leaves:- 12 annual leaves.12 causal leaves.duty offs &compensatory offs.3 CME leaves
