There are many things firstly salary they will not give you salary on time. They hold salary for 2 3 mnths so at last you will resign and they will never give you that money. secondly - There is no timing of going back to home. You have to wait till your lead tell you to go.

There is nothing to like anything about SRDT...worklife is pathetic....They don't provide salary to employees, not even experience certificates
