I literally love every aspect about my job. This is something which gives me a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction at a personal level. This is something that I look forward to each morning. I have meet farmers and communicate with them and i ask about their farming. My Regional manager give me list to the beneficiary farmers, who have taken agriculture implements than i visit. The people in my office are the most nicest and probably the most humble people I have ever interacted with. Government has stopped subsidy on agriculture implements and systems then job securities will be automatically stopped. Company policies are average because It's depending upon government projects.
