I like the system of working easy to learn.

I don’t like is their no rules for indent lots of multiple indents. Management is low, and we working in rotational shifts so their is no monthly or weekly shift are not decided.

While working there the best i liked it was to interact with pt and understand there feelings, and the facility, specially in ward my incharge, I am greatfull that i can learn various things to her. I miss that place.
