I wouldn't suggest anyone working in the field of Audit in SRBC & Co. LLP. People tend to join due to the slightly higher pay but that is not worth the mental torture you have to face here.

The work culture, the working hours, the unspoken rule of working on weekends without any compensation off or overtime payment, the attitude of seniors when the work is delayed due to shortage of staff, the expectation to work day and night just because there is a shortage of staff and the timelines are stringent, the mental and emotional breakdown that comes with all of this.

During COVID times company has provided Job security. Increments have been cut and performance incentives are to be provided at 50% rates. Very long hours to work.

Politics are at very high levels. Ram Saraf is very political person to work with. He only likes to work with his team. Never accepts new team. No humanity as if person is ill for a day he informs him her to leave EY.
