You are expected to work late every day and to be on tours for half of a month (without any extra salary for working on holidays and for being in tour) and sometimes even work on sundays. They will ruin your social life for a meagre salary.

...rtunity, no respect (you are an agent only not an engineer or mngr) and nothing. Salary provided is lowest in the industry and salary delays are their habit.

Lunch is being provided by the company, which is awesome.

U have to do buttering in order to increase your salary, designation. There you will not get any responsibility. Just have to do work like a cleark. With no question asked.

They will change your specialization according to their needs, its a truly marketing company which has Russian clients and they are promoting Russian equipment's sale, No job security, No Incentive, They will hire you by offering Low salary and gave fake commitment for salary hike, they don't care about your past experience they can offer any work to you even if its sales, if you refuse then they will terminate you

No Working Culture Not for Youth, Fake commitments, Truly a Marketing Company, No job security, Egoistic Seniors, They will terminate you doesn't matter if you are beneficial to the company

kuch kal k launde apne aap ko dgm gm agm bana k baithe hai, pata nahin management kaise 13 passout ladko ko gm dgm bna deta hai... ye 4-5 log department me kisi ko tikne nahin dete, credit khate h dusro ka and galti apke upar daal dete h. inke initials hain V, A, S, P etc. sb k sb bewakuf hain, salo ko ek paise ka kaam ni ata bs tel laga k dgm agm gm bn jate hain. inko bahar koi 20k ki naukri na de aise nithalle nalayk hain ye.

C&md personally is in touch and support Morally and financially. Being allowed work from home from last 3.5 months with the same motivational level and taking care of health and family welfare of each employee of SRB group. He interacts with the employee very as being attached with one family. Excellent work culture has been proved during this Covid-19 period. Really great. May God bless SRB and C&MD AND HIS FAMILY WHO TAKES CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.
