Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Free hand responsibility, fixed time duty ,near about only 2 hrs.journey from my house.

Dislikes

Mismanagement, offensive languages uses by higher authority persons, no any festival holiday ,no pf & esi or others medical facilities.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various colutural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
