Management I's not so good, easy to manipulate, you can put pressure on managements. Boss in US (Mr Rajnesh Chopra) is very supportive.

..., no job security - if boss didn't like you then he will ask you to resign asap. No salary increment until you decide to left the company. You cannot grow. Some nonsence kind of pressure from manager I.e. if you are in toilet, he will knock you from outside that your time is over. No Salary slip, no I-card, not other benefits provide by the company. Free food is not of good quality. No cab facility. Incentive is very very low as compare of other recruitment company. Training facility is very poor.
