Very poor experience in SR industries Ltd. Every time salary will be late upto 3-4 four months delay.

Dislikes

All MD and management like a shopkeeper and staff and workers are bandua majdoor. Workers never complaint for salary and others benifits.

Office is air conditioned. Office computers and equipment are maintained periodically. They make good quality steel cupboards.

Dislikes

Zero job security. No legal paperwork is done regarding any recruitment. Pay slip is not given to any employee. PF contributions are not deposited regularly.

Good working culture. Good team work .

Dislikes

As it is a small manufacturing company . And for invoice processing 2 persons are there . So sometimes work pressure is very high . But still the team manage.
