The firm is good for freshers as it gives ample opportunity to learn and develop professionally.

... other it will be treated as a sandwich leave even if you are present on Monday. Getting late for even a minute will put you on a red spot and salary would be deducted. Very strict policy. Firm does not have any policy, whatever the partners decide becomes the policy immediately (be it against the employee's basic interest). Even the environment of the firm is very strict, the partners are very strict and treat you badly in front of entire office. Would not recommend the firm to anyone.

Dislikes

Poor Work-life balance. No personal life. Saturdays working and even more demanding. Always work pressure. Very limited flexibility. Anytime holidays are cancelled. Late sitting is a routine there. Clients located at far-off places.
