The firm is good for freshers as it gives ample opportunity to learn and develop professionally.

Dislikes

The culture of the firm is very shredded. Getting just one day leave is very difficult as there are so many processes to be followed and seniors to be informed. Even their sandwich leave policy is horrible, you cannot take an emergency leave on a saturday or friday (if saturday is a leave) other it will be treated as a sandwich leave even if you are present on Monday<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Getting late for even a minute will put you on a red spot and salary would be deducted</mark>. Very strict policy. Firm does not have any policy, whatever the partners decide becomes the policy immediately (be it against the employee's basic interest). Even the environment of the firm is very strict, the partners are very strict and treat you badly in front of entire office. Would not recommend the firm to anyone....Read More
