Managemet is good but they wont get satisfied with what ever work we done. There wont be any salary hike till they get satisfied with our work which is not going to happen

Wont treat people in their position. Maybe you are a site engineer but sometimes you have to work as a office boy and you will be considered as office boy for your entire carrier there.

Nothing is organised here. Salary is never paid on time. They don’t give notice before terminating the staff. They don’t even pay to their vendors on time. My last month salary is still pending. No foundation of the company. It’s one man show .

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
