At higher leve or at same position all the staff are good, Simple uuu can say that all the literate person are very good but uneducated staff those have experience treat you like he is your Boss you have to listen...

Dislikes

Dominating behaviour of lower level staff, how gave his 10-15 year's they act like he is your Boss. Working environment are worst with these staff..

It was a good experience in working with this company. I had learnt the know-abouts in various civil construction works while working on the project in this company.
