Did not like hr policy. No single employee benefits in policy and salary structure is at very disappointment level. If you are going against hr then you will not get appraisal or less appraisal even though you are right because hr manager is always right.

There is nothing to like about this company. Pathetic staff don't have etiquettes to speak.

They don't credit the salary as well when an employee resigns. I strongly recommend not to join this organisation.

Company policies are too strong. If you don't like to work here and want to resign then company polices can be a big villain for you.
