Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Perks for food and insurance.

Dislikes

...ement not open for accepting suggestions. Flexibility for WFH is very stringent. Appraisal and bonus payout do not have any proper guidelines. Not much improvisation on skill development of on new projects.

Some benefits are good ... like daily food (500/- coupon), snacks at pantry, insurance, day care program for kids below 3 years

.No career growth for finance background people .No work life balance .Micro management .Work torture .Only 10 days paternity leave .Unlimited sick leaves by Company but team management won't permit easily even for genuine reasons .3 months notice period .Lot of restrictions .No team gatherings, no fun activities .
