They treat their employees like daily laborers and also threaten the employees to hours late at night. Come early in the morning, you have to present in the office sharp 9:30 AM otherwise half day leaves. NO hike during the appraisal, also they reduce the CTC after saying your performance is low.

Dislikes

The company is small, although, is growing. There is a lot of pressure in terms of achieving KRAs and deliverign results. They try to replicate culture and SOPs like big companies , which can be difficult to follow at times.

Nothing to be liked in Squareops. The 1st week in the organisation makes you feel better and u will laugh a lot with all your colleagues and with ur manager. But the worst part is that the more u laugh in 1st week u have to repay with ur tears and hurting ur self-respect

...used to call the specific person who suggest and grilled them in a very bad way. While hiring you they mention that ur salary will be revised after 3 months and will give you hike but after 3 months they will decrease ur salary by 50 percent without informing you anything and after one month of that they will fire you without giving any reason to you or if you want to put the paper by your self then u have to pay the 50 percent of ur CTC to the organisation then only they will give u the releaving letter and do the background verification for you.

My experience at SquareOps has been positive so far. Here, I've had the opportunity to learn new things, especially related to blogging and creativity. Most importantly, seniors of the company, has really guided me through this journey. I'm still in learning mode, continually picking up new skills and knowledge
