Worst company of altime no work ethics everyone is corrupt selfish ego drive centric cunning. Partially no skills mostly all employees are from different one organisation implement a that culture here and work short time every month people leave job and boss so ego if candidate's leave they ego hurts they put irrelevant aligations and insults employee. Suggest don't waste time career in square yards whosoever left Square yards work in different field or under builders there have study career growth. Square yards company will close shutdown soon in future life many start ups.

...during the onboarding process, they were very responsive, almost excessively so. However, once issues arose—particularly regarding salary deductions—there has been a noticeable lack of response. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling unsupported and ignored.Moreover, it appears that the HR team is more aligned with the interests of the team leaders and managers rather than addressing the concerns of employees. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in the company.

... you, the interview guy told me if I get selected then they'll call me and then proceeded to explain me how bad there salary and incentives system is in next 15 mins, even though he himself stated that I was not selected

...nd the your incentive for doing that is 10k , 0.7 percentage, which is pathetic. They lure you in with fresher starting salary 3 lpa, but it's not worth it unless you got no other options

All the enticing perks, competitive pay, and robust bonus plans. The nicest aspect of my remuneration structure is the sustainable base rate in addition to the limitless possibility for sales commissions.

Unprofessional atmosphere, abusive bosses, salary not paid on time. Offer letter says some amount and you are paid less than that. Arrogance .. They have a d**k called Ishant Jain.. who is a complete womaniser and abusive. A drugee. Someone call NCB and ask them to raid his house.
