No incentivies will b delevered as they promised No job security They only ask REVENUE REVENUE REVENUE but no incentives in returns 10 hours work in a day No break times No holidays Very much pressure Horrible company They had hold my incentives around 2/3 lakhs Not releasing it and instead demanding for more revenue

Working with Square yards was the biggest disaster of my career, - No work culture - Salary are not on time - No job satisfaction - HOD's are only here to yell, zero knowledge on ground realities - Highly paid HOD's (got from Bijus) with 2-3 years of work experience (no ground experience) - No job security - Mental harrasment - It's better one can work at a tea stall then working with such an unorganised company
