...k 1.5 years for you to finish 60% of the work and never completed the remaining. And i lost 12 Lacs by paying them 90% in advance. Their fraud plan is simple. Take advance and trap you to get the desing done. Finally you will endup doing the desing yourself as you paid the nonrefundable advance of 1 Lac. Later to start work they charge 50% and you are behind them to execute work. We will then make their vendors carpentors to work. Many material to be bought by self as they tell its not in drawing. Rhey claim items are ready from factory and make pay 100%. And deliver oy 20% materials. No project engineer, no designer and no one cares once money taken. Their so called site engineers join and leave in 2 weeks. So you are completely helpless. Their emplyees are not paid for almost months and we need to pay them to execute work. And many of employees are man handled by clients for not showing any work progress. I knew this late as i knew similar and worst situation happened for many in my known circles and everybody tells that it as most horrible experience of lifetime

The Hr policy : even the employee resign after proper notice period of 45 days , they will only receive their last months salary ,along with all other documents such as the relieving letter, experience letter, salary slip etc three months after the exit date.However there have been instances where these documents and last month salary are still not provided even after completing three month period .

5 days Working and Monday and Tuesday weekoff Salary on time as per given date every month of 10th but still it's late only they Provide Snakes like samosa when jab bhot kaam karayenge tabhi ussdi din bs if you don't have 2 wheeler then an issue also

That 5 days Working pura chuss lenge as per policy 2 week off hai but TL pe depend karta hai kaam karana hai ki nai or ek week of ghar se kaam karayenge calling k liye bolenge, Even sometimes seniors ki salary b hold pe jati hai jitna mene dekha h or half employee ko 10 ati hai baki ko 11 ya 12 b ho sakta hai hope fully mera kabi nai hua late and jo PF deduction hota h wo 6 months ke baad dete hai sale means saal me 2 baad like Jan to June ka claim krne k liye july ya august thak ayega baki months 6 months ka feb ya march tak saat me credit hoga PF me also need to be hardcore tally Caller need 100 connected calls and 200 to 250 failed also minimum 1 hours to 2 houre ka talktime need Compulsory Tshirt company ka even on Site also no formals kabi kabi jobe timeing 10 bje compulsory login logout 8bje for new joiner then later 8:30 ya 9 baj dete hai even same in Weekend also, data jo provide krte h use less hota h most off there is loopholes also in incentive structure 10 lakh ka busnes diya tab jake 1 lakh ya usse kab kama sakta hai or incentive kha jate hai seniors agar deadline miss hogai toh, bulk hiring me 300 400 log lenge phir chatai karenge Last me 100 log rahenge after 6month then or worst part experience letter nai milta yaha bs Appointment Letter or Salary slip bas

...es, leading to the point where they are using the employees without paying them. They have yet to receive the salary, but they need closure with just joined candidates. Once closure is completed, the organization will benefit, but staff benefits are zero, and HR is completely useless. Therefore, this organization is not a good fit for you.

There was only 1 person in the square yard which will always be worthy of respect Sachin Khedekar. From which I have always learnt something about real estate. I always respect Sachin Khedekar♥️

...s where there is no respect for the employees and the leader abuses his juniors. There is no fixed timing for coming and going to office in Square Yards, salary is not received on time and you do not get your full money. Very bad experience in Square Yards
