If you don't achieve your target they dont provide you the salary and termination would be depending upon your leader's mood not on your performance. No performance appraisal nothing.

No half yearly appraisal didn't release incentives on time Never giving FNF to anyone till now my salary is due they are very poor to pay salaries & for other cultural activities

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
