The Hr policy : even the employee resign after proper notice period of 45 days , they will only receive their last months salary ,along with all other documents such as the relieving letter, experience letter, salary slip etc three months after the exit date.However there have been instances where these documents and last month salary are still not provided even after completing three month period .
Worst company ever i never being in such ridiculous company like INCO no training office culture is worst they cut salary each and every time I don't know how is company is working without process no one has rights to put full day even when you are present and pressure that is unbearable leaders are not even upper position people are also not they don't know how to run company and how to handle staff only they show high incentives structure and like a donkey people there work till morning also so overall i will never suggest anyone to go there they are a Call center company not an interior company they don't have experience centre also small EC they have and that to we can't show to anyone just want to say you can't bit any modular company they also have pressure but it's a healthy pressure not like you guys they are like give money buy peoples . Terrible is the word for INCO and they as Monday is holiday but they call all Monday even HR of they sometimes it feels there hire management staff are ruling them .
...k 1.5 years for you to finish 60% of the work and never completed the remaining. And i lost 12 Lacs by paying them 90% in advance.
Their fraud plan is simple. Take advance and trap you to get the desing done. Finally you will endup doing the desing yourself as you paid the nonrefundable advance of 1 Lac. Later to start work they charge 50% and you are behind them to execute work. We will then make their vendors carpentors to work. Many material to be bought by self as they tell its not in drawing. Rhey claim items are ready from factory and make pay 100%. And deliver oy 20% materials. No project engineer, no designer and no one cares once money taken. Their so called site engineers join and leave in 2 weeks. So you are completely helpless.
Their emplyees are not paid for almost months and we need to pay them to execute work. And many of employees are man handled by clients for not showing any work progress.
I knew this late as i knew similar and worst situation happened for many in my known circles and everybody tells that it as most horrible experience of lifetime
Company pay attention to employee input and provide sufficient traning and relevant compensation as per experience and skills. This is a fantastic team to work with. The ideal balance between job and personal life does exist.

2. Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients.
3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work.
4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us.
5. Managers hold the Incentives as well.
6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager.
7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated.
8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe.
9. Their are lots of thing to improve and also managers say bad words to company CEO and Co-founder.
