... you, the interview guy told me if I get selected then they'll call me and then proceeded to explain me how bad there salary and incentives system is in next 15 mins, even though he himself stated that I was not selected

...nd the your incentive for doing that is 10k , 0.7 percentage, which is pathetic. They lure you in with fresher starting salary 3 lpa, but it's not worth it unless you got no other options

bad experience of life square yard,not properly provide salary and incentives, not suggest to any one work in square yard,it is fraud company...

One month one sale compulsory want sale if u not done sale than not given salary u work without salary any basic need salary but square yard don't care any thing they want only sale sale sale nothing else

It is like they make us work whole month and we don't even have a clarification about our salary at the end of the month

...and they'll tell you that there'll be some help for work but I didn't get any And I work for 2months with out any salary credited to me I suggest not to move to such organisations for work

1. Politics is on high level. 2. Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients. 3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work. 4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us. 5. Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. Their are lots of thing to improve and also managers say bad words to company CEO and Co-founder.

No values of your personal life No good appraisal Managers don't allow for leave, very complicated Worst work life balance Very poor salary benefits. Administration & Management is Useless & senseless
