There is nothing to like.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There are tons of things to dislike. work culture is very toxic. There are lots of lack of resources. Top management person will drop things on you if anything does wrong. They don't recognise your efforts, if they do they won't appreciate it. They don't provide even single paid leave. They wants you to work even after working hours. They use only google sheet to manage project, can't afford to purchase any project management software. They don't hire project manager instead they get you team lead opportunity, but you will end up managing only google sheet. Even owner of company doesn't believe in employee's growth, he just want to get client onboard at any cost. He micro manage every thing in company instead of focusing on company's growth, even HR doesn't have full authority to do her work.
