Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. You have a great set of Directors to work with. Being a Med size company you have the advantage to work directly with Directors and Product owners. Since the company has the open structure you have ample of opportunity to learn from subordinates. Life balance is good and organization care for its employees.

Dislikes

Being a Med scale organization you have ample of opportunity to invest time into R&D, but at times the innovation may become repetitive and revenue oriented.
