People formed a groups and started spreading negative things about management, which is unethical. My thought is simple if you don’t like then why you are working. Management took right decision in filtering these toxic people and now I am much more concentrating and focusing on the innovative social media designs. More over architects in this company will not very cooperative with the Graphic Design Team, if I ask them for floor plan designs for social media, they say that I provide the cad file you only render the design, which is very rude.

Nothing in specific. After sales team should provide a detailed info to the Architect and Civil Team about customer. Hope this problem has solved with the involvement of Rajesh sir.
