No doubt. Brands is supar. But in case of salary given to employees very poor. In case my experience I have work in spykar life style pvt Ltd scince 2018 but my salary only 11700 only.... Then I'm resign in spykar🙃

It's good to work in retail line. Everyday you will meet with new people you will get to know about bussiness

Dislikes

Only 1 thing i don't like about spykar lifestyle is they only give us basic salary. Not any allounce or incentive

As HR I have observed that company does not have any policy and procedures which can be followed by employees.they change their policy day to day as per the benefit of company but it was a great loss for employees ..and due to this behaviour ,one of their sister concern was shut down named STAARK ACCESSORIES PVT LTD.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
