Nothing to like in this worst company there is worklife balance politics company only for Reddys they will see caste and one of the manager named nagarjuna he didn't have any experience in coding field he will give lectures us how to work as he kept fake experience worked as a medical shop business he is thinking working as a manager is like selling medicines for 10 rupees and 20 rupees and coming to the hr named sony basupally one the the dirtiest women in the world she don't know what is the policy of HR she don't have minimum experience as a HR too she will keep new policy for her favourite members and another bulshit policies she will create as immediate as possible when she don't like the person any worlds beep word is there means that suites for her very good bewkoof women and bewakoof company

Punchin and punch out if we are stretching our time you should not bother when we are coming in morning because we are stretching to complete our target 2 to 3 hours so donot force coders if we arrive in morning 2 mins or 1 mins late, and in other company they will give ramp up period for coders for every new project 1st week 20 charts 2nd week 30 like this 1 month ramp up period u should also give that period to understand project and meet the quality
