...ne'. Nothing to learn. If someone takes time on any task, they are called out. Salary: Below average. Appraisal is minimal as well. Burn Out: Most of the team is burnt out/ under stress. Job Security: No one has job security, interns till high level developers - all have been put on PIP and moved out. There is no emotion or sentiment involved in work anymore. It is all about get the work done, that too much more work than what you are being paid for or can handle in 8 hours of a day. Employees are being treated like robots who can either perform or be shown the door. Its one thing to create policies and show off the culture, another thing to follow it.

...y Policies and Work-Life Balance is best compared to any other mid-size startup. Considering the company Develops products for employee engagement and benefits, they themselves pay a lot of attention to the same. We have 4 days work week, no estimates work, work from anywhere policy, workations. The org reimburses the amount for workation and to set up your working environment at home.

Dislikes

There isn't much but seems like the best points sometime come up as negatives, the org is a lot lenient, due to which sometimes the work gets delayed

Springworks used to be very good in terms of work-life balance, work satisfaction, and culture but nothing is there currently and it is a very bad experience to be in Springworks.

...ble working means that you have to be available on Slack 13-14 hours in a day. Salary and Benefits: the salaries are very low in the market and they will make you work like they are giving you great salaries. Promotions / Appraisal the appraisals are like 2-10% only, such a disappointment Job Security haha, what is this in Springworks they fire you randomly in between the day without any notice and warning Skill Development There is no learning term right now in Springworks, all the decisions are money-oriented Work Satisfaction There is no satisfaction, out of 10 employees 5-6 are stressed out and burned out in every team. Company Culture There is no culture right now they will show off on Linkedin and other platforms like they have a great culture but inside it is total toxicity

- Job Security- There were glory days in Springworks but we are witnessing our darkest hours. People wake up one day and they’d never imagine they’d become unemployed that day. Its PIP season during year ending. Interns are fired when they go on long leave for exam preparation. No empathy. - Work life balance: People are literally pushed to being burnt out and is put under PIP due to decreased output. Its like employees are use and throw gadgets. - Perks: Salaries and perks provided are below market conditions. - Career Growth: It was all good and well at the beginning but it’s stagnant now. There is no time to do actual outside learnings - Management: Everybody is heavily micro managed and folks under the constant pressure of going under PIP

Likes

The culture of the company is very good. The management is very approachable. They acknowledge every concerns of the employee and rectify it. Company has a good work environment. It is completely remote. Work Pressure is nominal they don't expect you to work for extra hours or on weekends. They have great perks like work from home setup reimbursements, workation reimbursements etc.
