Remote work, unique benefits, flexible shifts

Dislikes

Favouritism in the workspace, lack of respect for working hours, sub-optimal company insurance, lack of direction in company policies and decisions, and stagnation in learning and development. Quite heavy focus on marketing instead of developing and improving products, and a lack of job security. Quite a gap between leadership expectations and the ground reality of the organisation.

Dislikes

First of all expectations are not made clear at the time of interview. Things become really tough when reality hits you post joining, you are in the middle of nowhere,your performance gets hit due to various non practical things. Ceo asks for a feedback and than takes action on the same employees who tell the truth or try to help. Pathetic experience/ they are destroying the careers of the employees.

The stipend was 12k/PM. And you were expected to treat the team to evening snacks once a month. Someone sponsored the evening snacks everyday, but to expect it out of 12k/m is so weird.
