To be very honest, you are always on the edge of the sword. Zero understanding of the product/ it appears that they are just doing it for the sake of doing it.

First of all expectations are not made clear at the time of interview. Things become really tough when reality hits you post joining, you are in the middle of nowhere,your performance gets hit due to various non practical things. Ceo asks for a feedback and than takes action on the same employees who tell the truth or try to help. Pathetic experience/ they are destroying the careers of the employees....Read More
