...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have worked here close to 4 years.If the management get to know about your potential they will load with lots of opportunities to explore your strength and weakness. Such approach you will not find in many of the organization .

Sometimes the process gets changed frequently so adapting yourself causes little challenge

Lot of internal politics & lazy environment, says no extra work when joining, but after joining no extra money for your extra work and also you have to work after office hours with ur laptop, a very very unhappy environment, no compensation benefits and of course no job security

Just coz of team mates u feel like working. Else nothing much to talk here.

Dislikes

Everything. No growth. No appreciation No work life balance No proper HR policies. Not so great leadership team. Attrition rate is on top. Hire and fire at will.
