The most important thing in this company is that when you are selected, the company gives you a visa to work in America for 2 years and the culture environment and atmosphere there is very good and your salary is also good as compared to India.

Dislikes

But there the pressure is high but not as compared to the pressure of the Indian company.

Springboard offers one of the best work cultures with a really supportive, open-minded and talented bunch of individuals. The company provides amazing benefits like food reimbursement, learning budget, professional development budget, work from home setup, and stock options. Conducts offsite annually for 2-3 days and a year end part in December. They highly respect an employee's space and provide wellness Friday off. They value autonomy and provides enough freedom.

Dislikes

It is still finding its place in the edtech space and not yet profitable. But hopefully the company will reach there soon. In tough times they have to make difficult decisions of layoff too. But the CEO is transparent and highly respectable.

Likes

The work life balance and its transparency. The feedbacks from the colleagues help to improve, everyone helps to pull up the team members.

Dislikes

Few managers do not know about management. They should learn more on people and emotional intelligence. Appraisal should be given according to the work they did and not on how much they can talk. Review process should be thoroughly evaluated by the managers.
