The company is really good for Hotel Management students and fresh MBA graduates to learn, develop and get experience in any Marketing profile and also in Store Operations. It really provides a very good opportunity to new comers to learn and apply their marketing & management contextual subject into practice and also allows the one to learn something by experiencing real time work environment. The office culture yes definitely very friendly but little messy and congested that used to give me a feeling of being in some State Govt office. But people are really nice and cooperative. I never had boss-subordinate feeling, it was very nice. But few things where company has to focus particularly on implementing any plans or strategies because that mostly used to fail or rescheduled. Also needs to channelize proper communication within the team.

Dislikes
