New management of Sagar. Pathetic personality with ground knowledge. Just looting the company with no focus and harassing employees by job insecurity and salary losses to them. No fnf done after job releaving. Almost all property owners frustrated due to non profitable collaborations with this brand and are ready to move with other groups. No business contacts or proper internal functionality.

Company is growing and offering ample of scope for growth. Moreover quite transparent policies in place. Good place to work with and offering opportunities.

Still need some processes and practices need to be more structured and fine tuned for more control.

GM plays lots politics and games within the depatment manager and staff no appreciation after hard working only looking after nagative points to make issue and fights between staff

they do not have a clear understanding on how or why they are running the company. no vision or direction. no growth plans. no clarity. will fire you at will

Learnt a lot since my job was majorly to do with travel...they were able to recognize me and gave me growth ..worked with them for 3 long years it was fulfilling
