Business head Mr onkarnath and HR head Mr rangaswamy are close friends they are having head weight and they don't know how to work. Because of their personal attitude grudge they're spoiling the company culture and spoiling company name also. Because of these two people employees are leaving the organisation. If they don't like they will harrase, humiliate, hold employee confirmation, promotion.
