Business head Mr onkarnath and HR head Mr rangaswamy are close friends they are having head weight and they don't know how to work. Because of their personal attitude grudge they're spoiling the company culture and spoiling company name also. Because of these two people employees are leaving the organisation. If they don't like they will harrase, humiliate, hold employee confirmation, promotion. If the employee raise the their answer is silly answer since employee is not telling good morning or not greeting hence they will hold confirmation. Totally they are having their service only 3.4 years they wanted to hold the company in their hands. They are not thinking about company future. Company growth. Mr rangaswamy department theft incident occurred without any enquiry... issue closed. But the person Mr ramprasad who stolen brass items from 2017 is informed with help of rangaswamy is done this. Brass items are too costly. Mr rangaswamy is handling 5 department. Including HR department without knowing statutory law's. Mr onkarnath and Mr rangaswamy are wanted to loot the company.
