Likes

Work culture is good. Good for freshers. Positions received from clients are good Nice place to learn basics of lateral and leadership hiring. Targets are relatively easy to achieve. Since team size is less you have good chance to stand out with your performance. Performance appreciation is good.

Job security - Excellent

Office location is not right. Not 5 days working. Financial growth is average. No additional benefits like medical insurance or PF Work load is more compared to team strength.
