Salary is always on time and sometimes even beforehand on weekends. If you're a person passionate about sports you'll find a lot of like minded people to work and grow with. Also, you get to travel during in-season and work with top clients for ex: Mumbai Indians, BCCI, Watford, Wimbledon

Dislikes

Work life balance gets messed up very badly here if you're a workaholic. In-season timings are never adhered and people have to stretch more than often. Appraisals are very minimum and slow cycle. If you're working in content you'll realise you've done everything in a year and there's not much growth.

Salary is always on time. Office is great, if you are based in Mumbai. HRs are helpful.

Unfortunately, I was enrolled in a bad project hence I did not like there, overall the company doesn’t have anything to dislike.

The seniors are really knowledgeable and helpful. Big clients in sports industry to work with. (UEFA, Dream11, Yahoo!) Job security even in times of covid, no lay offs. Transparent and open culture.

...ment is worst, sometimes there is so much work and sometimes there is nothing. Compensation's are way too low.

Ideal company if you are starting out, scope for growing and learning in terms of work is really good. If you are someone going in with treating it as a college, go for it.

Pathetic Management, the idea of calling employees 'players' is only a cheap gimmick. Timings are awful which will be justified as only during live season which is a farce cause with the number of accounts we were working on, our team was in-season for 90% of the year. You will end up working on some of the most important days of the calendar like Diwali, Holi, Year End only to be completely disregarded during appraisals.
