The salary given was good. Bonus given in Nov and December because of heavy workload .

Dislikes

Worst communication system. Not allowed to communicate with colleagues via teams. They never cleared our doubts. Very biased with Indian colleagues. More preferance and attention given to Germans, Romanians and Polish. They should explore a country and understand the work culture before starting a business. Has always made us feel that we Indians don't know to work, while they themselves are extremely poor in technology. Very bad and false advertising of the company's products. Extremely rude. Never gave us any feedback. No increments.
