Likes

One of the worst SAAS companies to join. They have no target and their CET team is functioning without any goal and objective. Most of their projects are delayed and never deleivered on time. Huge mismanagement is quite evident. HR teams fills in position with their friends and relatives and have no ethics at all.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
