Decent salary for the position compared to other organisations. No offices other that head/regional offices. Hence you can work from home if you have office works. Work timing is not defined, hence if you can manage you can rearrange. If you like to travel more rather than sitting somewhere for so long, this is your piece of cake. Govt holidays are all applicable.

Dislikes

No benefits other than salary. Company provide Travel allowance and is extremely low compared to your traveling expenses. Political decisions dominates over technical decisions. Your public holidays are on their hands. Join only if you have working laptop, because company won't provide anything. You may feel like a call centre boy rather than an engineer.

Being in a government undertaken company i believe than I am working for our nation,which make me proud

Dislikes

Carrier growth in this department is nill for last 4years. All projects are of similar pattern so in my opinion to gain more knowledge we need to work in different varieties of work.

Got a platform to get knowledge and idea in construction of sports infrastructures and sports field development. Also got chance to work with KIIFB as an SPV

Presently company in a budding stage, so we have face several problems in management level and co-operation level
