They hire employees by giving them salary hikes.
Dislikes
give salary hike But they leave after giving such time reason so that the staff does not get any work.The staff does not have any personal life after joining the company.You can't even fight for yourself, because the management is involved in getting the stuff fired,I have lost many good people who used to take work as their own.Work culture and politics management is very bad, if you want to do something good then you are not allowed to do it. The company does not care about its employee and There is no job security.When given a chance, they either terminate or ask to leave them. Apart from this there are other things but that's enough for now.
...mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus Every year. Thanks too spocto...🙏🙏🙏

Working here spoils mental health, they are employed on contract basis and make them work like servent, there is no facility for the employees. There is no fixed time for late logout. Here, by saying 9 to 6, they keep the children till 6:45, no matter from how far someone comes.
The CEO and CTO's approach towards the business and internal customers i.e. employees.

Every team has a worst office politics as most of the employees have been joined with references and the HR Team plays a pathetic game with employees and hire and fire according to their likes and dislikes and impose their own rules in-spite of considering the employees circumstances.
