Company has various projects so the working in live projects is a great learning experience.

Dislikes

Regularly salary delays, no appraisals & increments for many years, no L&D initiatives, employees are terminated without any reasons and discussions, full & final payments not made to ex-employees.

Spml is Indias number one cheating company.Site staff management is very low .No vehicle provide duty time all staff and accommodation facilities is very poor it is labour catagory.Staff canteen and food management responsibilities no view company hr and admin person.

Dislikes

Staff salary no provide time to time. 5 - 6 months delay site staff salary but office staff salary timely per month.It is bad culture company management.

There is nothing to like more about is dislike salary credits after 4-5 month work life balance is hell except you learn about many things at a time

Dislikes

All the this are worst here main thing is salary, salary don’t pay in time after 4-5 month of working you will get the first month salary there is no work time

...false commitments,,they will just mis guide u to join this company,,,spml infra limited don't pay regularly,,,,they give one month salary after 3 months,,,,there are also no other benefits

Don't pay regularly,,3 ya 4 month me 1 month ka salary deti h company,,if ask for salary they will increase work pressure
