Worst place to work. They don't give salary in time. Always delay for 3 months.

Dislikes

Management always tries to delay the salaries intentionally. Salaries depends on the fund comes from Customers only. HR are only there to capture the attendance and interviewee.

Teammates are supportive but the management doesn't care about the staffs, more over HR dose not look or help in any matters of the staffs. Company policy is i will get then i will think to give.

Management and HR doesn't adress our issues. Salary is pending since more than 6 month's and career growth is very slow.

Freedom to work. I was in Procurement. When I was there, we had a good team. It was like a library. You could learn anything from anywhere. Work-life balance was also not bad.

Employee profile like Managers used to travel through train only. Delay in getting monthly salary.

Spml is Indias number one cheating company.Site staff management is very low .No vehicle provide duty time all staff and accommodation facilities is very poor it is labour catagory.Staff canteen and food management responsibilities no view company hr and admin person.

Staff salary no provide time to time. 5 - 6 months delay site staff salary but office staff salary timely per month.It is bad culture company management.

There is nothing to like more about is dislike salary credits after 4-5 month work life balance is hell except you learn about many things at a time

All the this are worst here main thing is salary, salary don’t pay in time after 4-5 month of working you will get the first month salary there is no work time
