They have the tech to get into any firm, other than that the management is terrible. Don't use their resources to full use.

Work environment is totally baised. Carrer growth is slow, salary is very low even for a trained engineer.

The only benifit you can get working in SPM is to get your self future ready for the situation you are not prepared for . Majority of time you are left alone to figure out how to deal with the situation. Technical people don't give a damm what sales people want because it's partially up to technical people how well they do the representation at the time of demo you have to tolerate their tantrums.the company wants the best result in less expense so they mostly hire either fresher or less talented people and offer them less money ( far below market standards). The experience will be rich if you learn on your own and never expect anyone to help you out in any task (even the teamwork crashes outside spm .it is far scared to go inside ). Because the product they deal in is used by mostly every OEMs you will get chance to experience amazing customer experience .yes mostly will not workout in your way because of HO support but you will learn alot. Better to join spm if you are bachelor coz there is no life in the company too. HR guy is completely useless I will not be surprised if he doesn't know the role and responsibilities of a HR guy . Though the company director is seriously a genuine guy but he has his own limitation. So if you have no option left and are desperately looking for a job join spm and get the experience there is no harm in that.

It is good..but it provides contract which may be not suitable because of over work condition and unsafe condition.it all depends on contract...where I was working the condition was worse but if the plant is small then there is satisfactory and can learn more..if the plant is big the condition of an engineer will be lika a worker and can't gain much knowledge

Actually I work as a supervisor in SPM WORKSHOP and it was good . The career growth in this company is higher electrical background not that much for mechanical background
