Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good environment.

Dislikes

The chief doctor is terrible. He always has a fit of anger and shows it on the duty doctor. No incentives. Never expect additional benefits. He never comes to clinic on time and never gives cases to his doctors. Patients wait for the chief doctor and the work of the duty doctor is to only control the irritated patients and make them what for the chief. Timings are very strict and he never sends the duty doctor back to his/her home on time making them stay past 11 or 12 at night without allowing them to even have their dinner.
