Zero Pros in the company. Nothing great about working here.

Dislikes

Worst organisation I have ever worked. Completely sales driven company and no scope for learning and zero career growth. If you are In a support function, your work has no value. My personal experience has been pathetic with a biased manager who supports only the sales team and threatens to fire if you disagree with him. I would definitely not recommend Spirent for anyone who is willing to join. Thumbs down.

Work life and ambiance is quite chill. No pressuring from the manager. Earlier agile method was followed but now that is replaced with the waterfall model. Quarterly spot awards, team lunch/outing/movie. Free snacks and fruits/dry fruits.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
