There is not a single good thing that I can talk about this company.

Dislikes

I have a list of dislikes. In my entire life of 10 years work profile I have never been in such a company this is the worst company I have ever seen till date. They can remove you at any point of time. They take all your data and all the profit and then kick you out of the company at any point of time. There is a zero respect for women moreover the boss is very abuses and really use abusing work towards women. This is a proprietorship company not a private limited company there for the boss will take all the decisions including the national holidays for example 1st May and 2nd October is not a holiday. I request everybody not to join this company as because nobody can go against the boss if the boss say you have to quit then and their only there is no management nothing everything is ruled by the boss and they are many things which I cannot say being a lady. Beware of this company and I recommend highly that do not join. In last one and half year more than 10 girls has been thrown out from this company after taking the marketing advantage from them.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
