Work life balance is the only thing that's good. But that too sometimes, not always.

Dislikes

Terrible Management. Micromanaging employees. The Principal is dictator and has zero listening skills. She has no clue what so ever about the school. She takes random dictatorial decisions with zero outcomes. Manipulative colleagues. You can survive only if you are good at manipulation, office politics, and gossiping. Every single person is busy pleasing the management. That's the prime motive. Teaching, educating, and strategy making is secondary or even neglected sometimes.

Likes

The company is not open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. Working here is with tension and pressure from the management. Not a good place to work because of many reasons.

Dislikes

A lot of things which cannot explain in words.
