Promotions are rare and based on favoritism, not merit. If you care about your growth and sanity, look elsewhere. This place is a career dead end.

No work life balance, no national holidays. Making a proper 11 hours shift and more... Work pressure....you have to work on your day off if someone takes sudden leave. Micro management at its peak. You will have to answer if you exceeds the breaks . Dont know why they are pressurizing the employees so much.

Truebil (Low Segment Vertical of Spinny), had the worst culture. A severely autocratic vertical leader. Low standard employees who were made more helpless by not giving them enough tools/analytics to work upon
