-Flexible Timing for working environment Job Satisfaction - Salary Structure is good but need improve slightly - Learning Capabilities and New learning task every alternative days

- Over Emphasize of one Dept impact not overlap ops dept. - Structure of team growth and promotion need to be improved at regional office - Operation staff and dept should KRA needs to be stream lined with Reporting head - Leave policy is not good - Recognislzation and appreciation need to improve from ground level

...All the model of this company have proved to be the best in the used car sector.There is never delay in salary nor is there any delay in incentive as well

I just don't like incentive structure created by company so it can be improved

If we talk about the Money . Then company is gud in terms of salary tymings .

If we talk about the Money. Then company is gud in terms of salary tymings. But very low incentive. 365 days working even they force to work on national holidays. Job security term is not compatible in spinny they harass you like hell. Every day new term new policies were there. In last three years I don't think they are able to provide you holidays to spend time with family. Even they weeks off are very rare . U can hardly hv that. Apraisal is gud but that apraisal give negative effects on your job safety . They start finding excuses to fire people. They dont hv any policy to shift that person to any other department or in any different Role.

Everything except the work pressure, because there isn’t too much work is bad, from salary to benefits to ego clashes between managers and the founder’s reaction to that is bad In less than half a year at least half the workforce has left the company
